We offer store credit or exchange for any items (excluding sale items) that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt.

All returned gift or toy items must be in their original unused or unopened condition and be completely re-sellable unless the return reason is factory defect. Factory defect must be verified by photo or other means. Except for cases of factory defect, all return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of factory defect, we will advise on product shipping or disposal on case by case basis.
All shipping costs are non-refundable
For clothing, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and in their original packaging. No exchanges or store credit can be given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sale.
